The New Forest National Park Artist in Residence Programme is an opportunity for artists of any discipline to work with and comment on a chosen area, idea, or community within or engaging with the National Park. The brief is purposefully open to encourage artists to pursue a line of prolonged research whilst on their residency and to connect with a local and national audience with site specific work and/or a gallery show six months on. The residencies are designed to allow artists to build closer links between contemporary questions of the Forest and the people and more urban spaces that make up the National Park. We are looking for artists with an inspiring vision and a sense on urgency, whose focus is on creativity inspiring change. The highly protected nature of the National Park means that we are interested in artists who can understand this special landscape and respond to this positively in their work. ACC CREATORS 2025 Residency Open Call

The National Asian Culture Center (ACC) invites international applications for the ACC CREATORS 2025 Residency, an interdisciplinary program supporting innovative projects at the intersection of art, science, and technology.

(For a collaborative research retreat we accept a minimum of 6 participants)

Institutional Partnerships: For a study retreat (art, literature, feminist, or gender studies) organized by an educational institution of minimum 3 weeks for teachers and students with their own work program please send us a detailed proposal. Our capacity of 5 double bed rooms and 2 individual rooms (all with private bath rooms) can welcome up to 12 students and 2 teachers

For emerging feminist creatives of any age we offer 3 grants per year of 50% off our residency fee. Should you apply for a CP grant please let us know why the cultural counsel of your town, region, country, public or private institution has declined founding your feminist residency at CP.

The mission of Hayama Artist Residency is to introduce visual artists from around the world to Japanese culture and offer them an opportunity to have their first gallery exhibition in Japan. Eligibility: The Hayama Artist Residency application is open to any visual artist over 21 years old, working in any medium—based anywhere in the world, regardless of race, gender, culture, or religion. Included as part of the residency: If you are selected for the residency, you will receive a roundtrip flight to Narita International Airport (Narita) or Tokyo International Airport (Haneda), and shared accommodations for 4 weeks. Each artist-in-residence will receive a weekly allotment of $200 USD for meals and local transportation. There is a $95.00 USD application fee for first-time applicants. Your application will be reviewed by our director and Selection Committee - a cohort of international curators and arts professionals.

Sixty acres tucked away in the high, alpine desert of the Four Corners Region writers come to begin or work on novels, poems, memoirs, screenplays, musicians practice, compose and rehearse, visual artists paint, draw, sculpt, and photograph. However, the best quality of Willowtail Springs Nature Preserve and Education Center is its ability to offer a quiet inspiring space to reflect, research, experiment, explore, laugh and create, easily, intensely.

Application Deadlines

Full-Scholarship, Partial-Scholarship or Fully Self-funded Residencies: for one or two week Full Scholarship Residencies or Partial Scholarship Residencies. Applicants can apply all year.

Willowtail is looking for individual practitioners in the arts.

Willowtail is also looking for two residents in two different mediums to participate in a collaborative Residency. We will look at writing, film, poetry, visual arts or music which deal with this theme. The two residents awarded would both reside at Willowtail for two weeks at the same time and work both individually and in collaboration with each other.

The F Project Artist Residency

The F Project welcomes artists from all over the world to stay in the picturesque and historical south west corner of Victoria, Australia. We live and work on the traditional lands of the Peek Whurrong people of the Gunditjmara and Maar nations.

The F Project Residency Program provides a space for artists to further their art practice in a stimulating, comfortable, creative and supportive environment. We offer residencies of 2 weeks or more at our centrally located residence. This opportunity is open to individuals as well as teams, and we encourage cooperatives to apply – it’s an ideal place for a group residency!

Stochastic Labs awards fully-sponsored residencies to exceptional engineers, artists, scientists, and entrepreneurs from around the world.

Residencies are of variable length and include a private apartment at the mansion, co-working and/or dedicated workspace, shop access (laser cutter, 3D printer etc), a $1k monthly stipend and a budget for materials.
