About the residency: Renaissance Box, a residency program by Kaiser Studios, fosters collaboration between artists and STEM professionals, creating opportunities to explore the intersection of creativity, innovation, and community impact. Located in Cleveland, a city renowned for its vibrant arts community and rich history of scientific and industrial innovation, Renaissance Box offers a unique environment for interdisciplinary exploration. Cleveland’s cultural institutions, research facilities, and creative spaces provide a dynamic backdrop, connecting residents to broader conversations and networks.

Participants in the residency benefit from dedicated studio space, a stipend, and opportunities to showcase their work through exhibitions, talks, and panels. The program also includes tours of cultural and scientific organizations, along with networking events to support both the creative process and meaningful community engagement.
