Accent Sisters Work-Study Fellowship Program

About the fellowship: Accent Sisters is excited to offer a fellowship program for individuals passionate about literature, visual arts, and community engagement. The fellowship provides hands-on experience in a bookstore and a hybrid event space, where exhibitions, book launches, film screenings, educational programs, and other forms of public programming take place.

Eligibility:

  • Background in Language and Literature, Creative Writing, or equivalent (recent graduate, or current student going into senior year/second year graduate program).

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, and preferably with knowledge of a second language.

  • Towards the end of the fellowship, we will work with you to develop a special showcase of your personal project and/or your work at Accent Sisters.

  • One-on-one mentorship with Accent team;

  • A stipend of $600 dollars.
